Alliance Rank!

I want to explain a few things about alliance ranks today!

After a discussion, we decided that everyone in IRWP starts at R3!

But you've noticed that some people also slip to R2 or R1! Why?

I've sent out emails in the past, for example, about alliance rules or game mechanics!

Anyone who doesn't follow them will be demoted one rank! If you end up in R1 and make three more mistakes, we'll decide in R4 whether to kick the person or not!

What's the most important thing to pay attention to?

The alliance rules describe this pretty well, so read them! Anyone who breaks them will be demoted in rank! There are exceptions to a few alliance rules; if you break them, you must leave the alliance immediately!

Shield!! The Friday shield will be given more weight in the future! Up until now, we've always lowered people by one rank! If someone regularly forgets their shield in the future, they will have to leave the alliance!

Guys, its such a simple thing, please pay attention!

It can happen to anyone, including me! But for some people, it happens all the time! Even when I'm out with friends, it takes less than a minute to activate the shield!

It can sometimes really cost us the win!

I'm also concerned about the VS competition!

Just do your 3.6M a day!

I often get messages from people saying: I'm really busy tomorrow, maybe I won't be able to do the 3.6M… It's okay! Totally okay! Real life is more important!

But if someone doesn't reach 3.6M for days, or doesn't score any points at all, that's a no-go!

If that happens, we'll discuss in R4 whether to remove that person from the alliance!

The only exception here is family!

Please just let us know if you can't make it and also when it will be possible to play normally again! That's only fair to your alliance friends!

If you have any questions, contact the R4!

Best Regards, Jack of Blades
